The billing rate begins when leaving, and ends on returning to PlumMech base. There is a minimum one-hour charge per visit with subsequent time billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour.
After Hours Call Outs $170.00 + GST (for the first hour then at $127.50 per hour + GST)
After hours callouts - are for calls after 5pm and before 7am Weekdays and for all hours during Weekends except on Public holidays. There is a minimum charge of one hour per callout with time then billed in 15min increments at the applicable rate. Callout time starts when leaving base up until job completion and returning to base.
Public holidays $ 255.00 + GST (for the first hour then at $170 per hour + GST)
Public Holiday callouts - are at any time day or night on a public holiday. There is a minimum charge of one hour per callout with time then billed in 15min increments at the applicable rate. Callout time starts when leaving base up until job completion and returning to base.
Vehicle charges
No vehicle charges within Hamilton city limits. Travel beyond Hamilton city limits is an additional cost at $0.99 + gst per km
Terms of service
By Appointing PlumMech Plumbing the Client fully agrees to all terms and conditions and:
agrees to paying all costs associated with completing work to achieve compliance requirements to meet a safe and sanitary standard; if a Client requests PlumMech Plumbing to attend a job and then cancels on attending the call, the Client is liable for the full cost of the callout regardless of the fault being rectified or not. (minimum charge is one hour).
Quotes/Estimates all care is taken to provide accurate job costing; however, pricing is subject to change if; there are unforeseen costs encountered during the work, further deterioration has occurred after quoting to do the work, supplier product availability has changed, supplier or supplier pricelists have changed. In these situations, the Client will be informed of any significant cost increase and the reason as soon as practicable after being are identified. Payment in full is due immediately on completion of the work unless prior credit arrangements have been made before attending the job. All payments are due on or before the invoice due date. Items supplied by PlumMech including materials used, shall remain the property of PlumMech plumbing until paid for in full.Credit Arrangements are at the sole discretion of PlumMech Plumbing with signed agreements in place prior to any work commencing
Unpaid Accounts may incur a daily interest charge of 2.5% added to the unpaid balance until paid for in full and may include any costs incurred to recover monies owed.
