A note about estimates and unforeseen work

Where possible, we'll discuss the expected scope of work before starting.

With repair and alteration work, however, the full extent of a problem isn't always apparent until work begins. If additional or unforeseen work becomes necessary, we'll discuss this with you where practical before proceeding.
